Sellers should really file another law suite against PayPal. It was PayPal that started this whole fraud thing that the buyer can get the item for free by merely filing a fraud dispute. You remember the Paypal commercial that basically told every buyer to do it. When our on the phone every 30 seconds they tell the buyer to file fraud disputes. Depending on where you are, you make it perfectly clearly to this con artist buyer, that you paid for an item, there's an exchange of goods for currency. Your under no legal obligation to refund anything as long as she's in possession of the item. Make your policies clear and make sure you get confirmation that the bitch agreed to the terms at the point of sale. The bitch has no stand of any refund because she's in possession of the item, you were willing to accept the return but she refused. Make sure there's a time frame for returns.
