Buyer with low rating declared that the package that he received was without it contest providing pictures on ebay claim. When asked for video proof of unboxing he provided me a wetransfer link to original file which was recorded 75min after the claim was initially raised on Ebay. He lost his claim on ebay and immediately raised a claim on PayPal. I lost the case against him because he did chargeback and filed the protocol to Police about event which was enough for PayPal to honor his claim.
I provided PayPal solid copy of my evidences including video of the package being packed and delivered to DPD drop off.
Video shows exactly that the package that I send and package that was cut open on the unboxing has different type of tape on it.
I provided also Action Fraud online Police report as well as DPD claim reference number. All of those were ignored and scammer walked away with my pricey item and money back.
