This buyers bought 2 items from me from 2 different date Nov 2 and Nov 9 and file the claim on paypal stated that the she did not receive the item but then sent me an email to tell me to pay for her country import taxes which results to be almost the amount of the cost of the items which total to be $145; otherwise she would not accept the item. I don't agree since I already post it in my listing that international buyers may required to pay import taxes from their country so please check before purchasing. Paypal still consider this as not received since she did not accept the item and told me to send proof that the items are delivered but the tracking only shows that it get to her country and would not showed delivery since she did not get the item since she refuse to pay for import tax so Paypal took my money and refunded to her and I lost my item plus shipping and I don't even get the items back. Paypal is really bad for seller since they don't care, they always charge for the fee and they advertise that buyer can file dispute within 6 months of purchase.
