We forgot to mention that she lied to PayPal in the PayPal dispute. She claims PayPal emailed her that her payment had failed, but the opposite was the case - PayPal emailed her that she successfully paid us for her order. Instead of contacting us for clarification whether her order was paid or not, she waited until we emailed her that her order was shipped. Then she filed a "non-receipt" claim, in the full knowledge that the shipment couldn't have possibly arrived. She also claims that PayPal has no problem with opening a "non-receipt" claim when an item is still knowingly in transit.
