Buyer contacted me stating that her house had burned down and was unable to pay for purchased item. I agreed to send a cancellation request (instead of an unpaid item claim) and potential strike.

I looked there was a house fire in her area (it wasn't the buyers) ergo a lie. And she is unresponsive to multiple requests that she accept the cancellation request case on her end. Obviously too busy buying multiple I-pad sleeves to click agree on the sent request.

Be wary of this one unless your selling I-pad sleeves.
