The buyer used a freight forward in Florida. Sent me a picture of his iPhone and my iPhone side-by-side in a claim through eBay and want a partial refund because the screen on his phone was brighter (no kidding) and accused me of installing a non-OEM screen after I took the picture of the phone from eBay. Needless to say, eBay closed this in my favor.
