This buyer always orders an item and then claims to have not received it. eBay sides with buyer since I ship cheap items without tracking and buyer wins case. I blocked first account after noticing it done 3 times. Buyer then used 2nd account and did it 3 more times, then I blocked that one too. Buyer then used 3rd account and did it 4 more times. Buyer did it even more with another account to another address which I will report separately. Called eBay and asked for complete ban of IP address but don't know if it was done. Be aware of this scammer whom I called out several times and just ignores me and runs to eBay.
