Buyer's order was delivered on 2/11. Buyer opened a return request on 3/18. Return request denied as it was after the stated 30 day return period and their reason was "Changed My Mind". Today, the buyer has now disputed the charge with their credit card company. We've provided proof of delivery and their request to return as proof of their lies. We've blocked their username on eBay. We will update this report when there's a final decision of the dispute.
