Well its obvious she had the same product she bought and played the switch game. Its obvious fraud. Dont know if your both from the same country but we'd stay start pressing fraud charges against her. Send her an email outside your own asking things not related, then hit the bitch with what she did. So she cant make any excuses for not knowing. There's a site you can start investigations in the Uk.
