dishonest buyer, will keep change his mind on the partial refund amount he wants. He will deliberately drag you, harass you,sent you a lot of message to make you hard to see other buyer's messages, would cause you much problem. At first we would kindly to offer him some refund,but now we decide not to refund him anything. And exposed him.
