If the buyer claims not authorized, the first thing you have to do is make sure its ships to the credit card's billable address. Then link the buyer to that address with reporting tools. Then get the asshole's IP address and link it to the general area in which the purchase was made. If the buyer is stupid enough to file a dispute during the shipment process, after receiving the item, or you emailing him in any way, then you'll get him on bank fraud and petty larceny charges and possession of stolen merchandise. As long as you can approve the above, you should get your money back. Send a collections letter to the asshole saying if he doesnt pay you for the dispute fees plus any losses, you'll contact his local postal inspectors office and police department.
