Details:

Buyer ordered a RhinoLip From us.
It's all we've sold or listed since 2006. We're the Proprietary Original Manufacturer & Retailer of the product.

We've got a very detailed listing with Independent YouTube Unboxing & Review Video, Package Contents link, 12 Gallery Pictures, All the Descriptives filled out. a DOUBLE Column Item Description, a White-Board Explainer Video, an extensive Picture Gallery, sorted by Make/Model Car, & an Install Video.

We've even had the listing professionally translated into 8 different languages.

We have 30 Day returns + Fast & Free Returns. The ONLY WAY to get an "item not as described" or "Wasn't what I thought or Expected" is for the Buyer to NOT READ THE LISTING OUTLINE

(A Violation of eBay Buyer Policy as a matter of fact as outlined here: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/rules-policies-buyers/rules-policies-buyers?id=4206 Under the Expand to read "Our Full Policy" "Make sure that you read the listing description before you bid. Many of the problems buyers and sellers encounter are the result of simple misunderstandings about what is for sale and the terms of the sale. For example, some sellers only want to sell to bidders who live in a certain country, or who will pay using PayPal. Only bid on or buy an item if you can meet the requirements described in the listing. If you bid on an item and you don't meet the seller's requirements, we consider that unwelcome and malicious buying").

Buyer Left a NEUTRAL Feedback Complaining (IN ALL CAPS) that there was "NOT ENOUGH SCREWS TO MOUNT TO FRONT BUMPER LIP LOOKS OK" (The hardware Kit is NOT part of the sales or product & we simply throw it in as a FREEBIE to get them started as a COURTESY since not everyone likes screws, not everyone likes Christmas-Tree Rivets & people ought to know their own car well enough to source the Mounting ahrdware themselves as to type & amount since WE CANNOT KNOW ALL THE DIFFERENT VARIETIES & MOUNTING NEEDS DUE TO A PERSONS DRIVING STYLE OR THE ROADWAY CONDITIONS.).

we immediately communicated with him regarding the "Not enough Screws" assertion since that usually means a Tiny Phone device & NOT reading the listing. We called the Buyer several times & sent several eMails to him as well with our call-back info in the eMails. Buyer was never available when we called him & he never called us back either although? we did talk to his Son who stated that he was the ne who installed the RHinoLip & that his 60-ish year-old father (Dwayne Baisden) had logged into his eBay account & left the Neutral.

All the Pictures of the RhinoLip mounted on the various vehicles that we use in the listing?? are Make/Model Specific to the listing & of the actual RhinoLip as installed as sent back to us (The Pics) from previous Buyers & Installers.

We documented all of this with screen captures of the contact (Mobile Phone calls & the Facebook page Messenger) & eBay was kind enough to remove the Neutral Feedback since none cannot simply complain about not getting enough of something-something if that 'Something-Something" was simply a freebie & not part of the original listing.

It's like ordering shoes & then leaving Negative/Neutral Feedback that "I didn't get any socks to wear with the shoes" sort of thing.

His other "Neutrals" are nonsensical & indicate an unwillingness to FIRST Communicate with a Seller & try to respectfully resolve misunderstandings or most probably ASSUMPTIONS made by the Buyer who clearly does not read the Listings (Like the Neutral Indicated for the car mats.: "WHERE IS THE VEHICLE EMBLEM ON MATS" [In all caps again which means YELLING AT THE TOP OF ONES LUNGS!!!!] for a seller & listing that does not imply nor show any sort of "Emblem" comes with the floor mats, or this one: "this does not fit my play station 4 slim but I MADE IT WORK" When the listing isn't even FOR a Playstation 4 "Slim".

I feel bad because there are people who do such thing. You give your trust to them, but they will routine it later on. https://www.bestdissertations.com/thesis.php said that no one deserves it, that's why we should always be skeptical to all future transactions that we will do especially with the strangers. Next time, we should always be mindful of everything that we need to do in life.
