Customer placed order on a holiday. Order was shipped next business day USPS. Then customer emails saying his card was stolen and it's fraud. Then emails back asking about tracking. Then sends derogatory emails about my store, pricing, and shipping. USPS apparently lost his order and I issued customer a full refund. The customer accepts the refund and then files a chargeback.
