Buyer opened a return case stating they received an empty box for a graphics card order. This shipment was audited by Fedex and the tracking shows an updated dimension and weight which was very close to what we printed on the label so the box was definitely not empty. The buyer did not respond to any inquiries requesting photos, whether the box was tampered, or whether any packaging or packing slip information was still present. Ebay customer service was contacted as we did not want to accept the case without buyer clarification. Ebay asked the buyer to provide more information on their claim such as by providing the information we asked for. The buyer again did not reply and ebay escalated the case to take it over and pursue further investigation into the buyer and effectively closed the case in our favor.

Buyer has been permanently banned from our store and I recommend cancelling any orders for this person.
