Here we go again with another loser from Florida who thinks she can get things with cards that decline. She buys an item knowing full well she's using a credit card that is going to decline. Does nothing but waste your time, you call her she's all paranoid and then first thing out of this idiots mouth is a lie, she tries to put the blame on a 250 million dollar bank, when its really that she doesnt have 5 cents on her account to use.
