| Details: | This buyer's first order on eBay under this username (which is surely one of many usernames) We always have an "IMPORTANT NOTE" very noticeable when there are multiple possibilities for the same part within a laptop model series. This buyer ordered wrong part clearly after more than our due diligence with the listing. We still sent note, "Don't worry honest mistake return for refund". He sends back completely damaged from clear folds and tears from installation attempt and blames us then gives us very bad negative feedback when we even attempted to meet the cost in the middle when we did not even have to do that. These new settlers in Alberta are really becoming a problem for claims lately. Do yourself a favour and do not deal with this one for sure. Only trouble here. |

The "Spottedunicorn" company is a cheat and impolite company in Canada. Everyone like, I can share all their impolite and treating email with him/her. I am an academic man and researcher as you can see at google, and money, cheating, and lying are not my business. Never ever I suggest working with this company to do not lose your money. Hope that its manager can understand how to make professional business and I am waiting for the apologizing letter from its manager. 14 negative point in less than one year (except deleted negative points by Ebay such as my point to Spottedunicorn) shows the function of this company very clearly.

Spottedunicorn is a Top-Rated Power seller with currently 99.3% positive feedback. That is less than 1% of overall negative feedback in the past year. It is well known that bad buyers accumulate to 1%+ of average feedback left for all online vendors. This vendor has less. If they post it is valid.
