This buyer bought a very expensive printer from us. Upon delivery, she lied about the conditions of printer stating it was damaged. We approved her return. After we got the printer, we found the printer was packed with tree leaves and sticks, peanut foam ect with all original packing materials completely missing. We had to clean up and test the printer. The printer worked well and there was nowhere to show damaged etc. We therefore charged her a restocking fee. However, she believed she should get a full refund while sending us tree leaves, sticks and trashes in her return, then filed a charge back with her credict card company. Avoid this buyer. She is not an honest person to deal with.
