another ebayer 1 fb, bid won a coat, never answered email, I filed NPB, then she called & said she was paying that night,I told her when she paid I would cancel NPB, well she never paid so it came time to close & get FF back & she got a strike, I made mistake of not getting email addy before I closed NPB, now I can't get that. As we all know ebay protects buyers not sellers,even NPB buyers.
