This person is a fraudster. He used a copy of an old ebay and paypal email receipt and sent it to make it look like he had just bought 10kg of copper. I always check paypal before posting anything and there was no record of payment, even though one his emails looked like a Paypal payment recieved. I also get my ebay sale notifications go to a different email address, but he didn't know this.

I am sure this person Usman Farooq/Charlotte Dunn has bought from me before because I checked the address on google maps the first time round and found it to be a public library. Not taking chances I sent it recorded delivery. I can't find that original purchase email as it was a long time ago.
Then Usman Farooq or Charlotte Dunn whatever the real name tried getting me to send 10kg of copper to that same address.

I informed the Police and emailed the fraudulent emails to the Police. I haven't heard anything since and I expect this person will be trying to defraud other Ebayers.
I tried informing Ebay but the site makes it difficult to report fraud.
Be careful of this fraudster. He's not the usual 'item didn't arrive' type.
