Guy knowingly is scamming sellers on eBay. He changes his expectations after the item has shipped and will tell you that once it's in transit. Then will make a complaint and send back their own parts instead of what you sent. I sent them a panel that was marked used but in excellent condition. I even sent a technicians manual for his printer for free to help him with his installation. Those cost money everywhere. He asks for the technicians manual again after it's been delivered already with absolutely no mention that the condition wasn't up to his standards.
