This is the same Teddy Ruetz from Arizona who stole from me and my family. He uses different email addresses. Keep hard copies of his emails. File a report with your local authorities and online with ic3.gov. You can see pictures of him on facebook and google images.

Wow, thank goodness I looked this individual up after they asked for my website and etsy so I didn't get robbed blind. Every penny counts especially with all the work loss due to the pandemic, and I would be absolutely screwed if this person issued a chargeback.

He just ripped me off through Mercari. So far Mercari is doing nothing to protect me as a Seller. I have videos I have pictures everything is time stamped my item was in mint condition everything was perfectly packaged no possible way of damage none Macari will not provide any pictures. Highly collectible item sold out very hard to find super pissed off right now. I’m going to file a complaint against him
