The buyer emails us 2 weeks later with the worse attitude every saying the item has not arrived and demands a refund.

I proved the item was shipped and offered to ship a replacement.

The buyer's reply is to call me a liar and threaten to open a case with paypal and ebay if I do not refund the money straight away. Of course standard delivery means no tracking or proof of delivery and the buyer knows they have me over a barrel.
