First off who's fault is it? You used a credit card that you knew didnt bill to the correct address of the credit card FLASH POINT #1 scam and no one should be held liable for your stupidity! You only ship to the credit cards billable address only, but you didnt. No one should be out the money for your careless moronic business practices.

actually your wrong it was shipped to the billing address but the criminal intercepted it in transit using the tracking number. so no its not our fault he stole a credit card and used it.
