This buyer requsted a full refund before the delivery due date, becasue it was "late"

To save our hassle we issued a full refund.

Than for the next 2 month they would harrass us for a refund none stop, even though a full refund was issued.

Every few days or weeks, they would ask for the product or another refund.

We showed them proof of the refund, they claim they can't open it.

So we sent it in 3 different file types.

Still claim they don't see / have their refund.

Avoid this buyer.
