Follow up : This theif will file another dispute to steal the item. In addition to his so called playing stupid, he will make additional false claims stating the product wasnt as describe to commit fraud. Documented him saying he had read the product's description prior to the purchase, then he will interject more of his lies with line after line of BS that has nothing to do with the fact the description point blanks stated what came with the item and what didnt. Obviously a fraud liar with the sole intensions of disrupting business operations. Just additional information proving once again how much of a theif this person is!

Do we have to once again proof what a con artist you are not to mention a BS artist. ---on 6/17/15 this moron filed a dispute claiming non receipt (terms and conditions that he legally said he read and agreed to clearly stated the shipment time frame and the product was well within the shipment time frame) and 2 days prior to his moron filing the dispute we sent him an email stating the tracking information was available -- Every next day the item was delivered and case found in our favor (again product delivered within the clearly stated shipment time frame) -- Then this moron once again files another dispute on 6/21/15 claiming the product was not as described and here we go again 2 months later this idiot is still stating his lying bullshit. -- The product advertisement states in a 4 line advertisement displayed at the top and the bottom of the page "receiver not included sold separately". Mind you again its documented on the invoice of this idiot stating he had read the product's advertisement completely. The product's advertisement didnt have the wireless receiver & the advertisement stated it was sold separately. This idiot some 3 months later is still in an illusion that he demands things that didnt come with the item. -- yeah enough of the lies you bullshit artist. Every single document was validiated that the advertisement clearly stated what we just said, it legally showed this buyer admitting he read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale and read the products advertsiement. --- Not to mention through out the entire time this asshole never bothered to contact company even though there were contact us links all over the page. He just deliberately ignored every single email and filed dispute after dispute. So if anyone should stop lying its you!

And to prove how stupid this buyer is, 2 months after the transaction, he still has the illusion that his claims are true!

Using profanity proves you are not a professional business person. You sold a mouse that did not have a much needed component - the wireless receiver. The mouse you sold me without the receiver was useless. You sold me a product that was missing an essential component without stating that in your advertisement. For that reason YOU ARE THE CON ARTIST not me. Creating two of these reports as the same person does not strengthen your "claims" either.

Looks like the buyer is the liar its buyers like you who make it trouble for us sellers. Ebay sides with you even when you threatin us.
