Hassan Dagher is not a medical doctor. He has received a CEASE AND DESIST from the State of Colorado demanding he no longer entitle, or represent, himself as a doctor until he receives a doctorate.
He was found guilty of fraud and exploitation of the elderly and refusing to comply with the term of his sentencing.
