immediately report it to eBay, and make sure you tell the asshole you reported it to eBay and make it clearly of who the fuck. the asshole thinks he can pull his bullshit and get away with it. thats why you shouldnt do business with systems that have feedback ratings, it as you learned can be used against you as a weapon. ebay and amazon dont give a shit about you then why did ebay remove the ability to seller to leave feedback negative for buyers, because they want to give he bullshit illusion.
