Consignment of Unaccompanied Baggage was sent from Australia to Canada as requested by Liz Peters on the 08/06/2016. Consignment was successfully delivered to Canada and subject to a customs hold by Canadian Customs. Elizabeth was unable to satisfy customs requirements for an extended period of time and refused to pay for her consignment...Consignment was finally delivered after she the paid outstanding duty and tax to Canadian customs. Elizabeth then claimed months later her bag was damaged as another reason for not paying her account? Requests for her to complete a damage report and claim to date have never been received... Elizabeth is the type of person who seeks to blame everyone else for her problems and takes zero accountability for her actions or responsibilities. Her account remains "unpaid" despite over 50 requests for payment for the completed service. Do not extend credit to this person for a single $ you will never see it again.
