Details:

Buyer purchased a computer on eBay. The computer was sent to a Meest forwarding service in New Jersey ( this was buyer's checkout address on ebay/paypal ). I'm assuming that the buyer then got the computer shipped to himself in Russia. A month later buyer left a negative feedback saying that he received a used computer. The buyer never communicated with me. Of course, the computer was New and not used and I personally shipped it. I sent a message to the buyer asking if he wanted to return the computer and there was no response.

Thats the new scam, trying to get a product shipped to a physical address in the US, then calling their credit card company saying they never bought it or whatever. They know the second it leaves the US there's no tracking via the USPS. The fact he thinks that you the seller has to send him a prepaid shipping label for the return at your expense. Where do these dumbasses automatically think the seller should be paying for their BS. First off, if a person files a dispute against you, cut all ties off with the person. They are no longer your customer. They filed a dispute to do something against you, they want 3rd party involvement. At that point, dont bother refunding - reshipped anything. The decision is not in your hands anymore. Anyone who disrupts your cash flow or business operations, you need to cut ties off with that person immediately and get rid of them.

That's why I do not sell to Russia anymore:
Russian Post is known for terrible service

Russian buyers use forwarding service instead of eBay GSP
I often get in trouble with these 'mail-forwarders'((( You think sent to USA - in fact, somewhere else, and have to guarantee third party job!
In some cases these 'mail forwarders' confused and sent wrong parcels, besides delivery time rises up, non-delivery, impossibility to return, etc

Plus, Russian buyers tend to leave negative feedback without contacting seller - and, of course, never revise
