Details: | Buyer purchased a CD on eBay. In his order, he gave an invalid address, (a range of addresses that includes several apartment buildings in Lawndale, CA). We sent 3 messages through eBay asking buyer to correct his address. No response. We canceled the order. Buyer immediately sent an angry, accusatory, email stating he didn't get a full refund, which he did. We asked the buyer again to clarify his address. No response. We still had to pay the PayPal fees, so we lost money. The buyer was obviously able to receive messages through eBay, but ignored our requests, and buyer likely knew his postman would eventually figure out his correct delivery address, but the buyer could still claim "item not received" since the delivery address would not match the incorrect address he gave to eBay. |

so refund the money and relist it. If PayPal gave you that address make sure its confirmed. as long as you shipped there, its PayPal's fault not yours.
