Shipped customer expensive special order part. Gave tracking. He wasn't home. UPS sent back. He contacted and we reshipped without recharging shipping. Delivered 2nd time and customer didn't like it and it was broken. We've been dealing with UPS on claim. Customer is impatient about it getting picked up and credit, so he charged it back to us. We're out over $1000.00 over the order.
