A real troublemaker who deserves to be part of the buyer blocking list of every seller. eBay had shown him that the estimated delivery date was between 13-Mar and 21-Mar. However, he rushed to open a charge-back to his bank on 10-Mar claiming that he had not received the item. He put us into trouble for providing required paperwork to eBay for resolving a totally unreasonable dispute associated with a $12.00 order! If you received an order from this guy, you'd better refund his payment and cancel the order; otherwise be prepared for too much trouble for nothing.
