Customer purchase a product key. After a few days, the customer messages me stating it didn't work. I got online with Microsoft about the customer's error. Microsoft stated the problem is the installation, not the key. Then gave very specific details on how to correct it. I relaid the information to the customer. The next comment from the customer was "if i not get an proper working activation key before 20:00 this night i am gonna complain by Ebay and i am going to the police." I attempted to cancel the transaction and refund the customer since he apparently is not going to be happy regardless. The seller rejected my cancel proposal still demanding another key. I proceeded to tell him to take his business elsewhere. I logged into Paypal and forced the refund then blocked this low life.
