Bought two LED brake light bulbs, saying one is not working. We asked the buyer return the bulb to us. However, we have received a bulb which is modified. We told the buyer modified item is not covered by warranty, but we did send out one replacement bulb the next day. Then on the same day the buyer opened a ebay case and requested a full refund. Buyer - you are mis-use the ebay buyer protection.
