just used susakoc3 for me today .. It comes up as Susan Koch but then her mailing address is Joan McIntosh in Bovina. She has done this to me twice in the last couple of months. I don't understand why eBay can't block her name / address and not just let her keep changing user ids .. Very frustrating :(
