We accidentally sent him two packages. His order and someone else's order (his shipping label printed twice). We sent numerous messages but he never replied. We called him and he acknowledged receiving his order but would have to check with his wife about the second package (even though tracking shows they were delivered at the same time). Never contacted us. Subsequent phone calls went to a screening service.
