Kong Yau is an amateur thief; bought 12 notes of Chinese current banknotes and paid for regular non tracked mail. He assumed that he can get the cash and claim non receipt. we have grown accustomed to these types of thieves so we shipped tracked and took our now standard packing video...
after a few days an angry Kong sent an email saying :

AS of today, I ONLY received ONE piece, not 12 pieces. I would like to have a refund.

and when we suggested to send him the packing video he went silent... :-)
