Details: | Buyer purchased a barrel through my website. Paid with PayPal. I mailed him said item and provided tracking number with proof of shipment. He filed a claim with PayPal saying he never received the product. I have proof of tracking, proof of item being delivered and received and a signature of person that accepted the shipment. PayPal sided with him and gave him his money back and charged me fees even though I provided all proof that he received the item. I am out over $700. After numerous attempts at contacting him via email and his phone number I know that he is avoiding me. I am going to be filing charges with local enforcement agencies and may check the FBI list that is available as well. |
