Details: | The customer ordered a laptop from my amazon store and had someone pick it up at their local USPS store. The USPS information shows as "USPS tracking number: 9302120111470001137582. Your item was picked up at a postal facility at 3:36 pm on September 5, 2023 in MIAMI, FL 33191 by BLUE LAGOON FIRMS. The item was signed for by B L." But they still claimed that they didn't receive the package and managed to have amazon refund them. If you are a seller, you should understand how amazon stands by the buyer regardless of the fact. |
