He used a different item to take pictures to claim that we sent him the wrong item (we swear that we've never seen the item he sent in the pictures in our lives). Right there, is a scam. Refund him for something he didnt return. Id tell the buyer to go fuck himself! Stay clear away from companies (sites) that you have to pay for a buyer's returns. That means they can return something for any reason, including things that you didnt ship, at your expense. You open the door to more buyers filing claims for redicolous reasons. In this case, this asshole tried to use that same service that you didnt even implement and were forced to because of Ebay.
No product returned = no refund period. Id move away form Ebay if you had to pay for return shipping.
