Details: | Buyer made a purchase on 12/12/2020 and later opened a return request on 12/31/2020. On Tue, Jan 19, 2021 the buyer posted negative feedback "I returned the item and I never received a bigger size or the refund." On Jan 20, 2021 9:02 AM I email the buyer to inquire about this return that I did not receive nor did the Amazon return label Tracking ID: 9202090153540075961475 show any shipping scans and still does not as of 2/19/2021. I had to send a 2nd email on 1/24/2021 and be a little more blunt about her feedback. SHe replied in six hours in all caps and said "I RETURNED AND I HAVE THE PROOF FROM USPS.I CAN SEND IT TO YOU OR TO AMAZON." I replied with-in 5 minutes "Please send your proof, I would like to get to the bottom of this and make sure this is taken care of. Thank you:. Nothing was ever sent, even following up ten times Maria never replied again. And Amazon will not remove the feedback "We have reviewed this feedback and found that it is not in violation of our guidelines and has been retained." Amazon can see the label was not used as anyone can, but they will not look at it. |
