The scammer is taking advantage of a common longer time of international shipment from Asia to South America (may take 45-60 business days). He is filing charge backs of 2 to 3 payments on the dates exactly 1 month after each payment, it is during the time that packages are in the middle of shipments. Furthermore, he does not response to any of our message regarding to mail trace and the cases.
