We shipped a brand new correct item, the buyer claims wrong item sent and returned completely different used broken item. Russell MacDonald is nothing but a common crook.

This buyer Russell MacDonald is a scammer. They buy from Amazon FBA items then they replace the items in the original box with worthless garbage and seals them professionally again. After that they return it to Amazon and receives a full refund.
