Details: | Hello I am convinced that this member has received the package and this transcation was set up from the beginning for fraud. I think you must do a little more research at his end to protect me and other sellers from such fraudulent behaviour. I would also like to know if this buyer had any other disputes for items not received through paypal. Thanks Dimitris

This is a place to list complaints and hopefully get answers through others. When you mail overseas you should get a tracking number to be sure when your package is delivered or just don't ship - it's not worth the headaches and lost of money. Ebay's refund policy for sellers is not for sellers it is for buyers. But I would report to Ebay the problems you are having with this buyer and they will red flag them so to speak. All communication with your buyer should be through the ebay mail system. Ebay has the power to look at all of the emails and help you catch the bad guy.
