I sold this buyer a DVD player and 10 days after receiving item, buyer filed a "item not received" case and insists that was the truth after I provided tracking number.

I told the buyer that she should check with her local post office and file a police report for possible theft of item. She never gave a reply for 3 days and I asked eBay to get involved. Ebay closed the item not received case and did not provide any refund to the buyer.

The worst part is that she is a lowlife thinking that she can try to scam her way into a full refund after seeing the 2 negative reviews on my profile which was removed by customer service for inappropriate language. She's the type of person who would take advantage of someone who lost her home or job and that is just simply low class bushleague. In addition, the buyer had poor English grammar which did not help her cause.

Avoid selling to this buyer. When dealing with scammers who claim they did not receive item even when tracking # confirms they did, always challenge the scammer to file a police report for possible theft of item. Usually the scammer backs down from their refund claim because they know that filing a false police report has serious consequences.
