I am that buyer, I buy a lot of chinese porcelain every years, no one want to return anything if iteams match as description, seller do not check iteams carefully ,will make many trouble,some hairline , restore is hard been find,but reduce a lot of value.
when I meet case like this, I pay return shipment or I ask part return payment, it is not bad, in fact , I lose money and time!
Ask to Change the amount ? YES, I always give this asking , but some seller refuse , it is ok. That's not a mandatory requirement

Everybody can see my Feedback on ebay, I always give Fast payment! and buy a lot of porcelain one time! >100+ seller on ebay make deal with me, Most of them worked together for more than 5 years .
Of course ,I also meet some Extreme sellers ,no problems, but please do not give any people Unfair evaluation !
