| Details: | He purchased a laptop from me on eBay for $200. A week after getting it, he emailed me and claimed it was loading webpages slowly over Verizon MiFi. I suggested he try it at a Starbuck's hotspot to see if it was the MiFi. Also offered to accept a return. Next message is a claim that he had to pay $129.00 to a local shop to reload Windows and wanted me to pay it. I refused and he left crappy feedback. eBay won't change it. |

This is a total Lie, I have never purchased a $200 laptop all mine were approx 400 and they have all worked perfectly. sure wouldn't pay $129 to reload a program when ya can buy program cheaper than that.
