The fact is that the buyer is not granted any refund whatsoever until the item is returned in its original condition. You tell the asshole that, that your under no legal obligation whatsoever to refund anything (and dont give the scumbag a partial refund) until the item is returned as the conditions you shipped it in. Tell the asshole if he continues, your contact the FBI crimes division of internet crimes.
