This buyer is professional Scammer, he will buy something and cancel it, after we refund him,he will say did not get the refund,at first,we take it serious,and help him find refund,when we asking to verify the information we need,he keep avoiding answer our question,and make excuse for not checking the information we need. we already refunded,ebay already confirmed the refund successfully,so we got nothing to afraid of, just let you guys know.

Normally when you already refund the money for this kind of issue,you don't need to afraid of neg feedback or case,but this guy will keep sending message to harass you and insult you,that is the annoying part,just block him for purchase.
