This person has been using different names and emails to order from my company from September 2018 to November 2018, but the address and phone number indicate it's the same person. After receiving the orders, this scammer would wait for a month or so and then open a dispute to his credit card company, claiming the transactions were fraudulent and he did not recognize them. However, all records show that all the orders were shipped out on time and delivered to the address above. This scammer has robbed almost $1500 from my company by claiming all those transactions as fraudulent. Be aware of this scammer, cancel your transaction if you see this phone number and address.
